The above composite represents all non-taxable accounts with an 100% equity objective. The benchmarks that are used are the Russell Top 200 Index and the S&P 500 Index. The Russell Top 200 represents the largest 200 securities by market capitalization and capture approximately 70% of the U.S. market. The S&P 500 consists of 500 stocks chosen for market size, liquidity and industry group representation. All member accounts are fee-paying and Midwest Investment Management LLC has full discretion over these assets. Returns are calculated in U.S. dollars and represent performance net of fees. Midwest Investment Management LLC has been verified by an independent verifier on an annual basis from January 31, 2000 (inception of the firm) through December 31, 2006.
